Thank you for choosing a Golf Glider product. We are committed to delivering exceptional quality, durability, and performance. As part of that commitment, every new Golf Glider electric trolley is covered by our limited manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty Coverage

Your Golf Glider is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. It covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and in accordance with the instructions provided in the user manual.

What’s Included

The warranty includes:

• Electric motor and control systems

• Chassis and structural components

• Factory-installed electronics and wiring

• Lithium or lead-acid battery (if supplied as part of the original package)

Battery warranties may vary depending on usage and care. Typically, lithium batteries carry a 12-month performance guarantee, subject to proper charging cycles.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• General wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect

• Water ingress or corrosion due to improper storage

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Consumable parts such as tyres, straps, and cosmetic elements

Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact your original point of purchase with your proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. Our support team may request images or additional diagnostics before authorizing service or replacement.
